Eric studied Music Performance and Education at North Texas State University and Music Arranging the University of Bridgeport. He studied Jazz Improvisation and Composition with Jackie McLean of the Hart School of Music and Phil Wilson of the Berklee School of Music. Eric has toured extensively throughout the US with such internationally prominent acts as Taj Mahal, Delbert McClinton, Elvin Bishop, Huey Lewis and the News, N.R.B.Q., Squeeze, The Drifters, Clarence Clemons, Ronnie Spector, John Cafferty, Nils Lofgren, and many others. His original compositions and arrangements have been heard nationally on television shows such as 'Austin City Limits'. Eric remains quite active in the DC/Baltimore area as a professional freelance and studio musician, composer and arranger, and owner of his own music consulting company.
