Trombonist Jerry O'Sullivan hails originally from New York City where he played with a diverse assortment of groups from Show Bands, Latin, Big-Band, and Orchestral settings, to studio recording dates with Randy Brecker and other NY studio musicians. After relocating to the Washington DC area, Jerry became active on the local jazz scene, playing with his own quintet, several of the areas Big-Bands, as well as regularly participating in jam sessions at local jazz establishments. His melodic, percussive soloing style and rich sound make a welcome addition to the horn section of TMD, the "Brass Soulution".
